GENERAL

  • Give references and details when you request. Preferably graphic/picture references than textual.
  • Commissioners will pay for the PayPal transaction fee. Fee will be included in quotes
  • Finished commissions will be delivered as full sized (at least 300dpi) Jpegs. Other formats accepted upon request.
  • If I have to design your characters, a design fee of $80-$120 per character will apply.
  • If you need the work finished in specific time-frame then a 20% rush fee may apply. (At my discretion)
  • I have the right to reject your commission request for any reason.
  • If you are a supporter on my Patreon please indicate this in your initial email. Discounts may apply.

REVISIONS 

  • You get two minor (2) free revisions after the initial concept sketch phase.
  • (minor revisions: additional item, expression changes, etc | major revisions: new pose, new bg, different overall outfit)
  • Additional revisions and major revisions will be charged.

RIGHTS & USAGE

  • DO NOT claim, edit, reproduce my artworks and/or use it for commercial products (monetized videos, merchandise, prints, books, t-shirts etc). If you wish to use the artwork in this manner then you may purchase the license from me.
  • I (the artist) has the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook. Commissioner still owns the copyright to the characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character. The artworks will not be sold as prints!

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS 

  • Refunds and cancellations are accepted as long as it is reasonable. If the artwork has already been started then a kill fee of 20-50% will apply depending on my progress.

WORKFLOW

  • Send an email to Rivenis.art@gmail.com titled ‘Personal Commission Request’
  • After the concept has been agreed upon and the quote given the client will send the full payment + paypal fees through paypal. I will send you an invoice. Please pay within 1 week. If you can’t please specify when and why.
  • Artwork will be delivered between 1 to 8 weeks after payment depending on my schedule. If there are any delays I will give notice and an explanation. If you’d like your artwork by a specific date please specify in your order.
  • Progress emails will include a compositional sketch (requiring approval), inks and flat colours. Additional progress shots may also apply or can be requested.

Commissioning me means you agree to the terms of service mentioned.
If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
